Our Primal Lite ground beef includes ground beef (85% lean and 15% fat) and 5% of the mix from liver, tongue, heart, spleen, and kidney. This mix was designed for those who aren’t quite ready to take the full plunge into organ meats, but still want to reap some of their nutrition.
