Grass Finished Lamb
This box includes a portion of an entire grass finished lamb. It has a variety of cuts using the whole animal including the bones. Eat as nature intended!
 
Marrow Bones
When we mean nose to tail, we mean the whole animal! These can't go to waste, especially when there's so much great nutrition in them. Eat the marrow straight, or slow cook for 24 hours to make the ultimate nutritious & delicious bone broth!
 
Cod Liver
Cod liver and cod liver oil is another delicious and nutritious nose to tail product we love. It is an amazing source of the omega-3 essential fatty acid, DHA, vitamin A, and vitamin D. Our cod liver is sourced from the fresh waters of Iceland and packed in its own oil for extra nutrition.
 
Sardines
Our wild-caught sardines are sustainably sourced and packed in extra-virgin olive oil. These little fish provide so much nutrition and are a prime example of eating nose to tail, bones and all! Sardines with bones in are actually one of the best sources of absorbable calcium.
